On November 12, Liao Xiaoming, Director and Deputy General Manager of Guangzhou Pearl River Enterprises Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Pearl River Enterprises Group") and his party visited Chenzhou to investigate the development of cultural and tourism industry, and hoped to seek opportunities for cooperation through this visit.

Pearl River Enterprises Group is a state-owned large-scale smart city operation comprehensive service group with more than 100 billion assets. Guangzhou Pearl River Enterprises Group. (hereinafter referred to as "Pearl River Sports") is a wholly-owned secondary subsidiary of Pearl River Enterprises Group. It is the first state-owned enterprise in China to operate stadiums by market-oriented means.

Liao Xiaoming and his party successively came to the Swimming and Diving Center and Sports Center to investigate the facilities and overall operation of the venues. At the forum, Liao Xiaoming and his party had an in-depth discussion on the management and operation of venues, as well as the introduction of related activities.

Liao Xiaoming said that Chenzhou has convenient transportation and rich cultural and tourism resources, and hoped to seek cooperation paths with Chenzhou in the operation, management and maintenance of stadiums. As the Pearl River Enterprises Group, it will give full support to actively promote the cooperation between the Pearl River Sports and Chenzhou, and play its due role in Chenzhou with the advantages, resources and management experience of Pearl River sports. It was also hoped that Chenzhou Municipal Party committee and municipal government can give strong support in policy and funds.

Xu Huaihao, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Vice Mayor, said that Chenzhou has remarkable geographical advantages and is committed to building a cultural, tourism and health care destination docking with Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. He hoped that Pearl River Enterprises Group and Pearl River culture and sports can invest in Chenzhou in the early days. Chentou Company should actively strengthen the docking with Zhujiang culture and sports, come up with a cooperation plan as soon as possible, strive for the early implementation of cooperation projects, and promote mutual benefit and common development of both sides.
