On the afternoon of April 8, Lin Zhaoyuan, Chairman of Yuexiu Real Estate of Guangzhou Yuexiu Group, and his party came to our city to investigate and discuss the investment intention of Xicheng portal area project.

It was understood that the planning scope of Xicheng gateway area extends to Longnv hot spring in the north, Luoxian West Road in the south, Shanshanling in the West and Tongxin River in the East, including Xiameiqiao Area, Gaobi Area and Northern Luoxianpu Area. It is a key construction project in our city, with a total land area of about 10.7 square kilometers. The original area is an old community, that is, the so-called village in the city. The self built houses of residents are messy, and the whole area is "very low grade".

A few years ago, the municipal government decided to upgrade the gateway area of Xicheng. Through renewal planning and redesign, the area will be built into a new industrial community in the third phase. The focus of this Yuexiu real estate inspection is to focus on the development of experiential commerce, health care and entertainment, science and education and training formats of phase I vitality city (surrounding area of new No.1 Middle School). The delegation visited Chenjia Aret, Huakang Area, Tongxin Square and Tongxin River Scenic Belt in the first phase of the plan, and introduced the overall plan of the project in detail.

According to the plan, the total land area of phase I vitality city is about 2.7 square kilometers, with Chenzhou new No.1 Middle School campus as the core, to build the municipal infrastructure of "one belt, one park and five roads" (Tongxin River Scenic Belt, Xiameiqiao Park and five roads), "one heart, one street and two schools" (Tongxin Square, commercial street, Tongxin Primary School and Tongxin Middle School) and surrounding supporting commercial and residential facilities plan.

It was understood that Yuexiu Group was established in Hong Kong in 1985, with finance, real estate, transportation infrastructure and food as its core industries. Yuexiu real estate in the group is a national comprehensive real estate developer, and its commercial real estate value ranks in the forefront of listed real estate enterprises. Yuexiu Real Estate has visited Chenzhou several times before, and intended to participate in the development and construction of the first phase vitality city of Xicheng portal. Lin Zhaoyuan said that he will actively promote the cooperation between the group and Chenzhou Municipal government, and start the construction of Xicheng portal project as soon as possible.
