In Xiangnan Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park, the main construction is to be completed. The construction was started from March and it only took four months to finish 85% of the road hardening in the park and 57% of the main construction.

China-Europe freight trains operated by China Railway Express (Chenzhou) depart from the park to Malaszewicze, Duisburg and other places. Up to now, four Chenzhou- Malaszewicze cross-border e-commerce trains have been run. The trains contribute to the international land transportation of Chenzhou and achieve dual-wheel drive of free trade zones and international logistics.

This June, Hunan Provincial Committee and Government proposed to create a "five good park" (good planning and positioning, good innovation platform, good industrial projects, good system and mechanism, and good development image).

Xiangnan International Logistics Park strives to implement a series of strategies proposed by the provincial committee. Centering on the standard of “five good park”, it increases efforts to build "Chenzhou international inland port" and start a new journey of high-quality development of the park.

The park transforms the port platform from privatization to nationalization, and builds Chenzhou international logistics distribution center with integrated development to improve the core functions of the port. It improves sea-railway transportation, manages the surrounding land of the park, and carries out the construction of Chenzhou international logistics distribution center in three phases. It only took 60 odd days to complete the reconstruction and expansion projects covering 93 mu (6.2 hectares) within the customs supervision area, including the information technology upgrading, inspection platform expansion, firefighting improvement, and offices renovation. The completion of these projects will vigorously promote the high-quality development of Chenzhou's open economy. The park will strive to build a modern international land port integrating public logistics, trade logistics, smart logistics, comprehensive storage, international trade, financial services and headquarters economy.

The park focuses on building the whole cross-border e-commerce industry chain, precisely attracting investment, and actively introducing projects such as Zhejiang International Trade, 58 Science and Technology Innovation, Chenzhou Import and Export Commodity Exhibition and Trading Center, etc. It works hard to solve problems timely and complete the integration and replacement of 400-mu (26.6 hectares) land this year. It increases its efforts to accelerate the construction of Chenzhou Agricultural and By-product Logistics Park phase II, Xiangnan Market Phase II, Overseas Returnees Innovation and Pioneer Park, Junxin Storage and Logistics Distribution Center, Xiangnan Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park Phase I, Lishushan urban village renovation project, Yiyang Chamber of Commerce business center, public rental housing and the others.

The park adopts a mechanism of specific leader responsibility, organizes special departments to manage projects with high standards and ensure the implementation of the work. The leaders of the park visit primary-level organizations, companies and construction sites every week, solving practical problems and creating sound business environment.
