Guiyang County People’s Government and Guiyang Industrial Park Management Committee signed cooperation agreements with Hunan Jingdu Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Baidexuan Jewelry Co., Ltd., and other enterprises respectively.

 

The six projects, covering household smart manufacturing, metal processing, electronic information, and other fields, realize a total investment of 2.6 billion yuan. It is expected to achieve a tax revenue of about 800 million yuan and provide jobs for more than 2000 people.

 

In recent years, Guiyang County Party Committee and the County People’s Government have seized the major opportunity of Greater Bay Area construction, given full play to its unique advantages as the demonstration county with the most investment potential, and advanced the efforts in industrial transfer and investment promotion.

 

This September, Guiyang launched a series of investment promotion activities. Departments at all levels have followed the policy of “Bringing in and Going out” to beef up the cooperation with major cities in China like Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou and developed regions including Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta, strengthen the coordinated development of central government-owned enterprises and the “top 500 enterprises” in the world, China, and private enterprises and carry out investment promotion activities in groups.

 

The “Five Leading Departments”, namely, the CPC Party Committee of Guiyang County, Guiyang County Government, Guiyang County People’s Congress and the CPPCC Guiyang County Committee, together with the local pioneering enterprises, have actively carried out investment promotion activities for 7 advantageous industrial chains including smart home manufacturing, non-ferrous metal and other industries. 

 

From September 27 to 28, Wu Chuhua, Secretary of the Guiyang County Party Committee, led a group to conduct negotiation with smart home manufacturing enterprises in Guangzhou, Dongguan and other places. 

 

This signing activity will effectively promote the cluster development of smart home manufacturing, non-ferrous metals and other industries in Guiyang, thus injecting new impetus and providing strong support for cultivating “seven industries worth tens of billions yuan”, building “an industrial park with the output value of hundreds of billions yuan”, and making Guiyang one of the “China Top 100 counties”.
