Chenzhou Industrial Park, Hunan Cross-Strait Industrial Cooperation Zone, is located in Chenzhou High-tech Zone, with a planned area of 43 square kilometers. It is the fifth cross-strait industrial cooperation zone approved in July this year, which focuses on developing industries such as intensive processing of non-ferrous metals, electronic information, equipment manufacturing and modern service industries, with a core development area of 3.5 square kilometers.

Many parks have been built, such as Taiwan Industrial Park, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park, Frecom Industrial Park, Wanxinda Industrial Park and so on. The Taiwan Youth Innovation Entrepreneurship Park under construction, which covers an area of 110,000 square meters, is expected to be completed in June 2022 and will serve as a demonstration and pilot area for Taiwan businessmen and enterprises in the industrial park.

The Taiwan Industrial Park was established in July 2011 with the approval of the provincial government. It adopts the park-in-park model, with a planned land area of 186,666.7 square meters, a total investment of 3 billion yuan for the park’s infrastructure, and standard factories of 1 million square meters. There are also supporting buildings including warehouses, dormitories, comprehensive service buildings and so on.

Since it was fully put into use in 2015, the park has become an important platform for Chenzhou to undertake industrial transfer and strengthen cooperation and exchanges with Taiwan. At present, more than 30 enterprises, such as Delta Electronics and GiantSun Power, have settled in the park.
