Liu Zhiren, secretary of the CPC Chenzhou Municipal Committee, delivered a speech at the main venue of Zixing and announced the commencement of the ceremony.

 

At the ceremony, a total of 176 major projects were announced to be started or completed in Chenzhou, with a total investment of 45.5 billion yuan. Among them, 14 projects in Zixing City were opened or completed with a total investment of 6.142 billion yuan. 

 

The projects to be launched include the relocation and renovation project of Hunan Jinlei Southern Cement Co., Ltd., Zixing Electronic Information Industry Park project, and so on. 

 

The completed projects include the standard factory building project of innovation and entrepreneurship incubation base in Zixing Economic Development Zone, the second phase reconstruction project of Tangdong Coal Mine shantytown under the central government of Zixing City. 

 

The projects cover industrial development, infrastructure, social development and people’s livelihood. They will help Chenzhou’s transformation and give a new impetus to its economic growth.
