Zou Hongru, secretary of Xiangnan University, praised the achievements made by Yongxing County in rural revitalization, urban construction, people’s livelihood and economic construction in recent years. He said that as the only undergraduate university in Chenzhou City, the relationship between the university and the whole city is like a community with a shared future. 

 

Zou Hongru expressed the hope that through the strategic cooperation with the county, extensive cooperation and in-depth communication will be launched in rural revitalization, rural tourism, cultural industry, agricultural upgrading and talent exchanges, so as to achieve a win-win situation. 

 

The university will carry out cooperation with the county in such aspects as rural revitalization, rural leisure tourism, talent exchange and popular science, promote the development of rural revitalization and agricultural industry, and push to cultivate talent teams and high-quality development of the university.
