The comprehensive recycling and development project for processing 3 million tons of lithium tailings annually is one of the key projects this time. With the planned investment of 4 billion yuan, a comprehensive recycling and development production line for processing 3 million tons of lithium tailings annually will be built to inject strong momentum into the development of the lithium battery strategic emerging industry in Guiyang County.

 

In addition, Guiyang County has introduced the XL100 aircraft nesting project and the XL105 unmanned aerial vehicle project of Hunan Xiangdonglong Aircraft Co., Ltd. with Foshan Jinxiang Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Shenrui Optical Technology Co., Ltd. respectively. The two projects plan to build a high-tech industry integrating aircraft assembly, test flight, sales, maintenance, and aviation flight training, with an area of 500 mu (about 33.33 hectares) in Guiyang County. 

 

Guiyang County aims to create an aviation industry cluster that combines research and development, production, and sales, promoting technological innovation and the development of low-altitude economy in the county.

 

In recent years, it has continued efforts to attract and nurture main enterprises and strengthen the chain industry cluster, in a bid to strengthen the characteristic industrial cluster in the county.

 

At the beginning of this year, the county built a “135” platform to optimize the business environment, with the county mayor as the commander and 39 functional departments as member units.

 

In the implementation process of the platform mechanism, all units have made efforts to optimize the elements and procedures, with 39 policy measures implemented to benefit enterprises.

 

From January to May this year, Guiyang County introduced 13 major industrial projects worth more than 200 million yuan, with a total investment of 12.932 billion yuan. Among them, 2 projects from “global 500, top 500 enterprises in China, and top 500 private enterprises” were introduced, with an investment of 2.252 billion yuan, and 4 projects from Hunan merchants, with a total investment of 2.596 billion yuan.
