The provincial key construction project, Cisco (Chenzhou) Vocational Education City secondary vocational school construction project (phase I), occupies a total of 34.4741 hectares of forest land, which is the largest project approved to use forest land in the city this year. In the process of applying for approval of the project, technical personnel were arranged in advance to provide special docking services, and forest status investigation and site inspection were rapidly carried out to accurately grasp the situation of forest land. We should break the rules by doing special things. In order to speed up the preparation of project application materials, break the convention of employing a third party to prepare the feasibility study report for major projects, and make use of professional advantages, we organized our technical backbone to prepare the project feasibility study report with high quality and efficiency. In order to speed up the examination and approval, it has been connected with the Provincial Forestry Bureau for many times to coordinate the forest land index. During the period of waiting for approval, special personnel was arranged to go to the province for follow-up approval, and timely supplementary information was provided according to the requirements of the Provincial Forestry Bureau until the project is successfully approved by the Provincial Forestry Bureau.
