It was reported the first batch exhibits for 4th China (Hunan) Mineral & Gem Show was delivered to Huanghua Airport of Changsha city on April 14, 2016. The staffs of Changsha airport office of Chenzhou and Hunan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau got access to the discharge yard on their arrival. Once qualified the radioassay of aerolites from the USA, all exhibits were delivered to the supervision warehouse of Chenzhou International Exhibition & Convention Center.

It was introduced that the complexed exhibits from the globe for the show maybe risky for their high radioactivity, wood packing, and etc. 

In order to provide better service for the show, following 9 measures were issued by Hunan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau: optimizing the entry administration of exhibits, simplifying examine and approval process of exhibits, fully implementing integrated mode of “notification, examine, discharge”, creating “one-stop” inspection and quarantine service, enhancing quarantine safety support, offering multiple consultation services, setting up quality control mechanism, exploring the application of information technologies, and settling the exhibits after the show.

In order to well handle the inspection and quarantine of the import exhibits and ensure the safety of visitors and ecology, Chenzhou Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau will fully implement the nine measures issued by Hunan bureau, provide the whole-process service for import exhibits, and enhance the inspection and quarantine work, all of which are purposely to ensure the show to be carried out successfully with fast and convenient service.
