On January 9, 2019, it was learned from Sandu Town of Zixing City that the United Front Department of the Chenzhou Municipal Committee granted a license for the Sitong creation demonstration site in 2018. Liuhuawan Village in Sandu Town was awarded the "Tongxin Beautiful Village in Chenzhou City", which was the only town in Zixing City to win this honor.

In recent years, Sandu Town of Zixing City has made full use of the advantages of United Front Department to unite the people, used the Liuhua scenic spot platform to carry out the activities of "welcoming fellow-villagers, returning home and building hometown". Hunan Xiongxing Tourism Culture Communication Co., Ltd., and other five enterprises have been introduced to settle in Liuhuawan Village and more than 10 economic talents have returned home to start businesses.
