Chenzhou City has been approved to build Hunan Free Trade Zone Chenzhou Area which provides a better platform and a new opportunity for deep integration into Greater Bay Area and accelerating the undertaking of industrial transfer. In order to quickly connect with Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (CBA) and undertake industrial transfer, Chenzhou Area will focus on four aspects:

First, strengthen the docking of rules and relax market access. According to the international standards and the construction of CBA, the negative list of market access should be further simplified.

Second, strengthen data docking and promote regulatory mutual recognition. On the basis of national enterprise credit information publicity system (Hunan) or department collaborative supervision platform (Hunan), provincial "double random, one open" department joint supervision platform, etc., Chenzhou City has implemented platform connection and data sharing with various departments in the CBA, so as to realize information exchange, supervision mutual recognition and law enforcement mutual assistance.

Third, strengthen the docking of factors and promote free flow. Our city has further integrated the functions of customs, inspection and quarantine, rail sea intermodal transport, International Express Center, comprehensive bonded zone, cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test zone and other platforms, and played an important role in connecting the mainland and radiating all parties.

Fourth, strengthen environmental docking and optimize enterprise related services. Our city has been continuously deepening the reform of "deregulation, management and service", comprehensively strengthening the construction of social integrity system, earnestly standardizing the operation of power, standardizing political and business exchanges, and creating an open, transparent, stable and predictable legal business environment.
