1. Chenzhou will make great efforts to push forward the formalities, the work of land requisition and pole (pipe) line relocation, and the construction environment improvement, so as to speed up the implementation of the whole city's industrial projects and early completion of production.

Chenzhou will carry out formalities and speeding up activities, comprehensively promote the reform of "one-off completion" in the examination and approval of investment projects, and promote all kinds of formalities for major industrial projects by opening up green channels, conducting centralized examination and approval meetings, and so on.

3. Chenzhou also will carry out land requisition and pole (pipe) line relocation activities to ensure that the major industrial projects planned for 2018 will not be affected by the pole (pipe) line relocation, and carry out major construction environment renovation activities to effectively renovate the construction environment of major construction projects.
