In order to fulfill the relevant requirements of the Chenzhou Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government on the construction of the innovative demonstration zone for sustainable development agenda, on the morning of June 12, Huang Weiqing, Party Secretary and Director of the Chenzhou Water Conservancy Bureau, led a team to the Provincial Water Resources Department to report on the work. Luo Yijun, Party member and Deputy Director of the Provincial Water Conservancy Department, organized the Department of Planning and Science and Technology, Water Resources Department, Construction Department, Operating Department, Rural Water Conservancy and Hydropower Department, Water Conservation Department, Planning Department of the Immigration Center, and other departments to listen to relevant reports on special topics.

At last, Luo Yijun, Party member and Deputy Director of the Provincial Water Resources Department, made a concluding statement. Luo Yijun said that Chenzhou City has grasped the key to carry out the construction of the innovative demonstration zone for sustainable development agenda in Chenzhou with the theme of sustainable utilization and green development of water resources, which was an important point for the water resources department to implement Xi Jinping's ecological civilization construction thought, with great significance. He hoped that Chenzhou Water Resources Department should find out the foundation of water resources in an all-round way, find out the shortcomings and weaknesses of the work, actively dock with the latest investment direction of water resources funds in the province, conscientiously plan relevant special plans for water resources construction, based on early implementation, speed up the pre-project work, and promote the project construction to land. The Provincial, Municipal and County Water Resources Departments should take the initiative to strengthen communication and cohesion, and the Provincial Water Resources Department should give full support to project funding arrangements and policy system construction.
