On the morning of June 27, South Graphite New Material Co., Ltd. announced the completion and commissioning of its flotation purification project with an annual output of 200,000 tons, which not only represents the historic breakthrough in the field of microcrystalline graphite processing in Chenzhou, but also indicates that follow-up intensive processing projects such as ultra-fine graphite and high-purity graphite will land rapidly, laying a solid foundation for the high-end and product extension of the graphite industry chain. Southern Graphite New Materials Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 200,000 tons of graphite flotation purification project covering 220 mu, with a total investment of 300 million yuan and an estimated annual output value of more than 400 million yuan. As the first production line of flotation purification of microcrystalline graphite in China, it is the basic project of the southern graphite deep processing and new material industry chain. Since trial production, the concentrate grade has reached 82 percent, the fixed carbon recovery rate has reached more than 93 percent, and the technological indexes have reached the international leading level.
