Jiahe Tianqi Environmental Protection Industrial Park project was invested and constructed by Hunan Liuyuan New Energy Co., Ltd. with 18 invention patents and 33 practical innovation technologies. It is an enterprise that has mastered the advanced core technology of domestic metal surface treatment. The electroplating environmental protection industrial park covers an area of 600 mu, of which 150 mu is the electroplating industrial park, and other supporting industrial clusters such as hardware and die-casting, which is dedicated to building a new electroplating industrial park of environmental protection, sustainability and energy conservation.

Tianqi Environmental Protection Industrial Park is a professional industrial park with Zhongkai electroplating project as the core. The planned land area of the whole park is 600 mu, with a total investment of more than 1.2 billion yuan and a total construction area of 240000 square meters, including 40 production workshops, electric production lines, chromium plating production lines, nickel plating production lines, copper plating production lines, wastewater pretreatment stations and comprehensive sewage treatment stations, office buildings and related auxiliary facilities. After being put into operation, the total scale of plated parts is 1.35 million square meters per year.  

Tianqi Environmental Protection Industrial Park is a key project of the city and county, and is actively applying for provincial key projects. Its completion plays an important role in adjusting the industrial structure of Jiahe County.

The project plans to introduce 50 enterprises such as electroplated auto parts, lighting, led parts, hardware and bathroom, home appliances and electronic products in five years, greatly changing the single industrial structure of Jiahe County, which is dominated by foundry industry.

The successful construction of the park will promote the upgrading of Jiahe's industrial structure, as well as the development of transportation, hotel catering and other related industries. The construction of the project will fill in the blank of environmental protection electroplating industry in Chenzhou City, which is of great significance to improve the industrial chain of Chenzhou City and promote the intensive processing of mineral resources.
