On August 20th, scheduling meeting of 2019 autumn term enrollment work in Chenzhou central urban area was held in Chenzhou City. Zou Wenhui, Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee, requested at the meeting that people's right on education should be fully protected. More attention should be paid on solving the problem of large classes, ensuring the enrollment of students in urban downtown area in this autumn.
The enrollment work of this autumn term in Chenzhou urban downtown area is being handled fluently with the correct guidance of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government.
Concerned about the enrollment of this autumn term, Zou Wenhui pointed out that it is necessary to fully implement the admissions policy, conduct in-depth study on new situations and problems, respond to people’s concern in time with detailed explanation of the enrollment policies, and fully implement relative policies. All students who are in compulsory education age should be available to enroll into school under certain conditions. The policies should be well populated among the masses in order to get their supports accordingly.
Zou Wenhui emphasized that Hunan Provincial Government’s assigned task on solving problem of large class should be fully complemented. The extra large class should be divided into suitable sizes. New year plan should be worked out in advance with scientific study of students sources. In the meantime, allocation plan of teachers and classroom should be adjusted and optimized. More schools should be built to provide more vacancies to students.
