From this April, some slogans as “the mineral show held in shaft head” “China (Hunan) International Mineral & Gem Show to be held in Chenzhou city from May 21-25”, and etc. were posted on Changsha city’s airport, high speed train stations, entrance of expressways, major roads, and etc.
In order to well propagandize this mineral show, Hunan Provincial Propaganda Department and Hunan Provincial Foreign Affairs Propaganda Office issued a special file with specified responsibility distribution and solution. Chenzhou Municipal Propaganda Department dispatched 3 groups to report to and coordinate with Hunan Provincial Propaganda Department, Changsha Municipal Propaganda Department, Airport Group Co., Hunan Provincial High Speed Train Management Bureau, and Guangzhou Railway Group Changsha Branch, and implemented the specified work one by one.
Concerned for the propaganda solution, Chenzhou Municipal Propaganda Department figured out elaborate plan especially on following three points: first, focusing on key fields especially the main areas of the exhibitors and visitors such as Changsha, Guangzhou and other cities which were located in Changzhutan and the Pearl River Delta; second, focusing on main sections such as airport, high speed train station, entrance of expressway, densely populated urban area, and etc.; third, focusing on key people who are with purchasing power and are willing to attend the show. Followed those ideas, 8 light boxes of four entrances of Huanghua airport, departure hall, waiting hall, inland departure corridor, international departure corridor, inland (international) arrival corridor, international baggage hall, and etc. were covered with the ads.; striking light boxes ads were facilitated in both A & B exit of Changsha Nan high speed train station; large-scale upright ads were set in Xiaotang toll gate of Jinggang’ao expressway; and 24hour LED display screen were kept being playing in Changsha central urban area.
In order to demonstrate features of the third mineral show, Chenzhou city handled the propaganda work of the show together with propaganda of city image. It highlighted the unique features of Chenzhou city by posting different slogans as “decoration stone mineral crystal city of China”, “the mineral show held in shaft head”, “city in the forest, leisure city” and etc. It also took best advantages of mineral samples and delicacy pictures of “one mountain, one lake and one hot spring” to show Chenzhou city’s abundant natural resources and elegant ecological condition.
