It was learned from the traffic detachment of Chenzhou Public Security Bureau that in order to grant the mineral show with sound transportation condition, the detachment handled out strict responsibility system.

From May 15- May 26, 2015, a special action on treatment of transportation condition for the mineral show and prevention of major traffic accidents would be handled out by the detachment in Chenzhou city, especially for the traffic condition near Chenzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center, main roads of the central urban area, and scenic spots. As required by the detachment, the brigades should work together with relative departments to improve the traffic condition by carrying out some special actions, inspections, retreatment, and other work.

All brigades should follow the arrangement and requirements of the detachment to allocate the police to handle the transportation work, especially for the main periods and sections for the mineral show. The transportation safety management works on urban areas of relative counties (cities and districts), expressways, national and Hunan provincial roads, scenic spots, railway station, high speed train station, bus stations, and other roads should be handled out well. The illegal behaviors should be strictly fought against. Furthermore, some temporary duty points should be set in main sections, traffic nodes, and etc. to grant safe transportation condition to the show.
