It was reported that in the afternoon of September 7, He Jianxiang- Deputy Major of Chenzhou City visited Sanhe village, Beihu district and checked its safety work handled out for the opening ceremony of 2016 Hunan Chenzhou 1st Beautiful Rural Tourism and Culture Festival. Some principals from Chenzhou Government Office, Chenzhou Politics and Law Commission of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee, Chenzhou Public Security Bureau, Chenzhou Safety Supervision Bureau, Chenzhou Tourism and Foreign Affair Bureau, Chenzhou Firefighting Detachment, Chenzhou Traffic Police Detachment, Chenzhou Quality Control Station, and Beihu district departments accompanied He Jianxiang with this scheduling.
The team visited the new parking lot which was newly built in the entrance of the festival. They checked some details of the parking capacity and construction. Then they visited main venue of the festival and checked the safety conditions of roads, environment, stages, and etc.
It was introduced that the festival will be opened on Sep. 23, 2016. According to the preliminary statistics recorded by the staffs, over 2000 audience would attend the opening ceremony. In order to ensure the safety of the ceremony, He Jianxiang and her team handled a symposium concerned for the transportation organization, security, firefighting, and etc. afterward.
On the symposium, the staffs of relative departments presented summary of the problems discovered on the visit and proposed some suggestions for relative solutions. The infeasible solutions were rejected on site.
He Jianxiang emphasized that the work should be carried out on time without compromising to the quality. All highways, waterways, bridges, and other ways led to the village should be checked carefully to ensure the safety of the festival. Scientific layout and scheduling of the police forces should be handled out as well. All facilities and devices should be double checked by relative departments after installation. Propaganda work should be handled out to make all people be aware of the significance of the festival.
