Qu Hai emphasizes on his investigation of key projects and preparation for the festival

It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City investigated some key projects and preparation work of Hunan Chenzhou 1st Beautiful Rural Tourism and Culture Festival (short for tourism festival) on September 9, 2016. As Qu emphasized, balance attention should be paid on the improvement of festival and key projects.

Currently, Chenzhou city was working on the treatment of water quality of Beihu Park. Qu Hai checked the progress of the treatment project and emphasized that special attention should be paid on the treatment of sources by preventing pollution risks. More reasonable solution should be figured out to upgrade the water quality of the park and improve its self-clearing capacity. The water surface should be expanded via recovering some more spaces around the lake. Furthermore, some more aquatic plants which are with strong self-clearing capacity should be planted in the lake and more green plants should be planted around the lake, which can upgrade the ecological condition of lake and lay sound ecological foundation for Chenzhou city.

Qu Hai checked the planning of Luoxian Lake as well. Qu stated that it should be improved on the basis of natural beauty. Luoxian Lake should be covered into the 3-year action of ecological comprehensive treatment. More optimized design should be figured out to protect original plants and natural sceneries and improve it to be natural ecological wetland park. It is aimed to be improved as green lung of Chenzhou city.

Qu Hai investigated the Beihu Airport project on site. He emphasized that all departments should seize the chance that the State Council and Central Military Commission’s consent on Chenzhou airport project, and tried best to promote the preliminary work, optimize the construction environment, improve the construction of airport avenue, and then promote the airport construction to be launched substantially in this year. Chenzhou Airport Office and relative departments should well handle the conductor work and ensure all work to be improved in schedule.

Qu Hai checked the preparation work of the tourism festival in Sanhe village, Huatang town, Beihu district as well. Qu said the countryside sceneries, regional features, and Sanhe memories should be highlighted. It should be improved to be an ecological and civilized tourism village with sound village style, security condition, and environment. Rural inn economy should be improved, as well as the overall service quality, which was aimed to be a pattern of rural tourism of Chenzhou city.
On the scheduling conference which was held afterward, Qu Hai listened to the report of the preparation work. Qu stated that it is the final stage of “one festival, one fair” (tourism festival, 4th South Hunan Investment Trade Fair). All departments should try best to handle the preparation work based on the specified requirements listed by government, and ensure all projects to be finished on time without compromising to the quality. The final stage work should be well handled that relative departments should provide sound services for them accordingly. Environment should be optimized to grant the festival and fair with sound urban and rural ecological condition and stable social condition. Security work and reception work should be carried out to grant the festival and fair with safe condition.

In the meantime, the reconstruction of rural grid and some other work should be promoted continuously and fulfilled on time.
