It is the perfect place for photographers at sunset. Travelling up the Dongjiang River along Shenxian Village, you can see that both banks are lined with rocky peaks, some of which resemble a pair of swans playing in the water, known as E’gong and E’po.

 

People who have been to Mahuangqiu must have climbed up to E’po Village, whose winding stone stairs are quite idyllic.

 

However, the stone ladder is full of the sweat of generations of villagers from Gaoyi Ridge.

 

It is also known for its Danxia landform like Gaoyi Ridge. The Mahuangqiu Highway is surrounded by the canyon, which is perfect for driving and taking photos.
