Dongjiang Lake Scenic Area, Mangshan Mountain Wuzhi Peak Scenic Area, and Yangtian Lake Grassland were also on the list. 

 

 

Gaoyi Ridge Scenic Area, with mountains, water, springs, caves, villages, cliffs, and flat land, has been praised by netizens as a “place forgotten by God”. It features the beautiful water puddles surrounding the Danxia landform, with red rocks and green water.

The scenic area is a national 5A-level tourist attraction, a national ecological tourism demonstration area, a national wetland park, and a national water conservancy scenic area. There are many scenic spots in the scenic area like Mist-enveloped Dongjiang Lake, Dongjiang Dam, Longjing Canyon, and Dongjiang Rafting.

 

 

 

 

 

There are dozens of scenic spots like Wuzhi Peak, Jinbian Grand Canyon, Motian Ridge, Tiantai Mountain, Guanyin Ancient Temple and Wanshou Tower in the scenic area.

 

 

 

It is the first barrier-free mountain scenic area in China, equipped with a cliff escalator at an altitude of 1,600 meters, the longest cloud plank road in Southern China and the sightseeing cable car which has the most advanced control system in the world and the longest single cableway in China.

 

 

 

 

The Yangtian Lake Grassland is the “southernmost, most ecological, most diverse, and coolest” alpine grassland in China, with an altitude of 1,314 meters and an average summer temperature of 20 ℃. The grass is green in 9 months, making it the grassland with the longest period of green grass in China and the “most beautiful alpine grassland in Southern China”.
