Chinese people always cherish the Dragon Boat Festival. They send gifts to their friends and relatives and hang Artemisia argyi and calamus above their doors and windows. At lunch that day people drink realgar wine and eat ten things, including glutinous rice dumplings, peach, palm, egg, bean, crispy rice, fried ball, garlic and steamed-stuff-bun. People also splash mixed liquid of realgar wine and garlic inside and outside the house; corners are limed to get rid of insects. People themselves take a bath in water boiled with Artemisia argyi, peel of garlic, calamus, root of riparian homonoia and negundo. The tradition prevails even today.
