Guidong Dried Yellow Fungus gets this name for its whole yellow body. It is made from the solarization of a rare wild edible mushroom, which grows mainly in mountains of high altitude and low latitude. According to the legend, the cowboy and weaver discovered the mushrooms at the misty and foggy Qiyun Moutain of Guidong, exposed them to the sun and then got dried yellow fungus.
 

It is fleshy, delicate, fragrant and crisp. Moreover it, of high medical value, has apparent effect on fighting against aging, preventing cancer and lowering blood pressure.
