The project will build one apartment building, one residential building, and five commercial podium buildings. The 5-storey commercial podium building integrates fashion shopping, high-end supermarket, large-scale catering, leisure and entertainment. A large European style garden will be built at the 6th floor. 

 

A total of 16 floors from the seventh to 22nd floor are used for 400 apartments, with  25 ones on a single floor. There are over 1,000 parking spots. 

 

Shengyuan Times Plaza will be built into a commercial mall covering over 75,000 square meters, a trendy avenue, an international standard office building and a boutique residential building.

 

Among them, the consumption center operated by Shengyuan Commercial Group has a construction area of over 80,000 square meters. 

 

The shopping center will introduce a first-tier cinema, a children’s anime and entertainment center, a department store, a supermarket, and a food experience center.

 

The 1st to 5th floors will gather global flagship brands, trendy fashion items, catering and entertainment, and others.
