Chinese Dragon Boat Festival is coming. It was learned from Ningbo Inspection and Quarantine Bureau that according to relative regulations, it is forbidden to take the meat rice pudding and other flora and fauna products to enter the board. So the tourist arrivals should pay attention to that regulation and not take that kind of products along with them.

It was introduced by the section chief of tourist inspection department of Ningbo inspection and quarantine bureau airport office- Wang Xuedian that Ningbo airport checkpoint intercepted different meat products and meat rice pudding recently. It was said to be a new regulation that the cooked meat products were forbidden to take to enter the board.However, many citizens were not familiar with that regulation and took some meat products when they arrived.

According to relative regulations, meat and its products are covered within the areas of flora and fauna products forbidden to be carried and posted. So meat rice pudding and other cooked meat items can’t be entered into the board.

The staffs of Ningbo inspection and quarantine bureau reminded that the tourist arrivals should not take the meat items to enter the board; otherwise they will be confiscated and destroyed or returned to the owner within 7 days.
