On October 26, the first China Mountain Tourism (Mangshan) Conference and the national mountain scenic area barrier free tourism demonstration and promotion meeting were held. Yi Pengfei, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, attended the meeting and gave a speech. Liu Zhiren, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, introduced Chenzhou's cultural and tourism resources.

Mangshan Scenic Spot wins two "national brand" signboards

At the meeting, the China Association of Tourist Attractions and the China Association of Disabled People awarded the title of "the first barrier free mountain scenic spot in China" and "the first barrier free mountain scenic spot in China". The cooperation signing ceremony and the launching ceremony of "Happy Tour in Chenzhou" smart cultural and tourism platform and the launching ceremony of "implementing consumption season of benefiting the people and promoting cultural and tourism consumption" in Chenzhou City were also held. Some tourism experts and leaders of well-known scenic spots delivered keynote speeches and exchanged discussions on "mountain tourism investment and construction".

Du Yili, member of the Expert Committee of the World Tourism Cities Federation and former Deputy Director of the National Tourism Administration, Yao Jun, Chairman of the China Association of Tourist Attractions, Director and General Manager of the Overseas Chinese City Group, Wang Jianjun, Chairman of the Chinese Disabled Association, Wei Xiaoan, Chief Expert of the World Tourism Cities Federation and Deputy Director of the National Leisure Standards Committee, and other guests; and municipal leaders such as Yi Baoyong, Ouyang Feng, Ouyang Jian Hua, He Jianxiang, Zhou Hailin, Li Xuelian, former Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress and President of the Municipal Tourism and Cultural Industry Promotion Association, and Dou Xiangyan, former Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, attended the meeting.
