Chenzhou has three scenic spots on provincial top ten

On the fourth day of the May Day holiday, the 34 tourist areas in Chenzhou City monitored by the provincial tourism statistics platform received 466,200 tourists, an increase of 3 times year-on-year. The business income of the tourist areas was 76.31 million yuan, a 2.6-fold increase compared to the same period last year. The ticket income of those tourist areas was 27.4028 million yuan, a year-on-year growth of 3.3 times.
Although it is no longer the right time for spring outing and flower viewing, there are still colorful azaleas blooming in the Mangshan Mountain and Yangtian Lake at an altitude of over 1,000 meters. The white, pink, red, and purple azaleas contend in beauty and fascination, welcoming tourists from all over the world.
A mountain azalea festival was even held in the Mangshan Mountain, with wonderful activities such as the azalea fairy flash mob, handmade garland, and music performances, which attracted many tourists to take photos.
Today, Mangshan Scenic Area (Wuzhifeng) received 38,800 tourists, and Yangtian Lake received 25,700 tourists.
Today, the tourist reception of Dongjiang Lake (around the lake), Gaoyi Ridge and Dongjiang Bay Tourist Resort ranked the third, seventh and ninth in the province respectively, with 89,900, 65,500 and 60,000 tourists.
This is the first time that Gaoyi Ridge Scenic Area has ranked among the top ten tourist attractions in the province during the May Day holiday, and it is also the first time that three tourist areas in Chenzhou have ranked among the top ten provincial tourist attractions in terms of the number of visitors during the May Day holiday.
Among the top ten scenic spots in the province in terms of ticket revenue today, Chenzhou City has four scenic spots on the list, with Mangshan (Wuzhifeng), Dongjiang Lake, Gaoyi Ridge and Yangtian Lake ranking the first, third, sixth and tenth respectively.
