In recent years, Daping Town has promoted the integration of agriculture and tourism, developed characteristic industries, and stimulated new impetus for rural revitalization. 

 

 

 

A rural revitalization demonstration belt that integrates industry, institutions, research and tours was built with modern agricultural parks as the leading force and Tielu River as the core. 

 

 

A rice-rapeseed rotation demonstration base covering 1,000 mu (about 66.67 hectares) and a chili pepper museum were also built. 

 

The town has successfully held the first cole flower rural tourism festival, with a comprehensive tourism revenue of over 10 million yuan in 2023. 

 

 

The 2nd Rucheng Cole Flower Rural Tourism Festival will be open in Daping Town on March 21, during which the tourism routes and agricultural tourism industry of the cole flower base will be introduced, and tourism products and characteristic agricultural products will be promoted.

 

 

Cole flowers bloom from March to April, and the best viewing period will last for about 40 days.
