According to the local cultural tourism department of Suxian District, the cultural tourism market in the district has maintained a good development momentum this year. From January to May, eight major scenic spots received over 3.9 million tourists and generated an operating income of over 155 million yuan, an increase of 149.15% and 427.91% respectively. 

 

 

 

Since the beginning of this year, the district has taken measures such as building cultural and tourism brands and multi-channel promotion to actively promote the high-quality development of the tourism industry in the entire region.

 

The district has continuously promoted the integration of advantageous resources to boost the tourism industry through various cultural tourism activities. 

 

It has held colorful cultural tourism festivals and events, including cole flower cultural tourism festival, Xihe half-marathon and Feitian Mountain Dragon Boat Racing, to actively promote the integrated development of culture, tourism, sports and health, and foster new driving forces for the tourism industry.

It has launched Red tourism routes, and the 711 Time Town has been selected as a boutique industrial tourism route in Hunan Province. The Gaoyi Ridge Scenic Area was recognized as a popular attraction in Hunan Province last year. And multiple scenic spots have won provincial demonstration titles. 

 

At the same time, it has promoted tourism through multiple channels. The launch ceremony of the 2024 Chenzhou Industrial Tourism Promotion Month was held in the 711 Time Town. Local cultural tourism enterprises were organized to participate in a series of exhibitions and events.
