It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City hosted the scheduling conference for some of the major industrial projects of Chenzhou city on Oct. 14, 2013.

Compare with earlier conference, no long and complicated introduction of projects available for this scheduling conference. Lists with different problems for the projects were presented by the projects’ owners and discussed directly on the conference. During the owners’ brief introduction of the problems, the principals of relative departments which were in charge of the settlement of these problems were required to answer the questions and present relative solutions and time schedule arrangement. At the meantime, Qu Hai stated the requirements of the deadline to solve relative problems by analyzing different conditions.

30 problems of 11 projects were settled with suitable solutions and specified disposition time schedule within the three-hour conference.

Qu stressed that all the departments should follow the requirements issued by Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government to carry out the industrial projects construction, especially focusing on the transformation of industries to cultivate strong industrial support to Chenzhou city’s further development. All the work should be handled on the basis of Chenzhou city’s local condition especially the advantages of resource, location and industry to improve series of strong and sustainable development projects. Platform construction work should be placed much more attention to, especially for the industrial parks construction. More favorable policies and investment should be seized to get more supports from upper level government. More innovative reform and investment attraction ways should be figured out to upgrade the investment attraction effects. Service condition should be improved to promote Chenzhou city’s industrial projects construction.
