When reporters were on the way to Suxian section of Chenyong avenue, they met a 46-year-old outdoor fan riding there and were informed that the he would ride the bicycle from Chenzhou urban area to Yongxing county once Chenyong avenue opened to the public at the end of this year.

As one of the major projects of Suxian district, Suxian section of Chenyong avenue was boosted by the “one-hundred-day campaign”. When reporters arrived at the construction site, workers of the project were working hard on the construction issue. It was the first year for Suxian district’s four-year plan of“double one-hundred project”(one hundred projects should be settled every year with over ten billion yuan investment) in 2013, followed with the specified working mechanism, the projects construction were handled actively in Suxian district. Especially from the beginning of “one-hundred-day campaign”of key projects, more detailed time schedule and working deployment were figured out to promote the construction in this golden season.

It was introduced that 126 key projects were covered in Suxian district’s “double one-hundred project” with over 10.2 billion yuan annual planned investment. As of the end of this September, 8.69 billion yuan investment has been fulfilled, covering 85.6% of the annual task. 16 projects were the municipal level ones covering annual planned investment of 2.55 billion yuan, 2.2 billion yuan of which has been finished, accounting to 86.2% of the annual task.
