Encouraged by the great achievements on transportation construction in 2012, Chenzhou government will keep the strong enforcement in 2013. It was learned from the leadership group meeting of Chenzhou transportation construction work that the year of 2013 is the crucial year for Chenzhou transportation construction. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou were present at the conference and delivered speeches there.

The key investments of 2013 Chenzhou transportation construction will be placed on expressways, arterial highways, rural highways, greening projects of roads, road maintenance, etc.. It was aimed to forge Chenzhou city to be the inter-provincial transportation junction with all the work.

Xiang highly affirmed the great achievements on transportation construction in 2012 and required all the departments should fully finish and implement the tasks set in 2013.

Meanwhile, Xiang raised the work requirements accordingly to confirm all the tasks can be fulfilled.

Xiang said, in order to build a comprehensive solid transportation network in Chenzhou city, the transportation construction plan idea should be improved with more scientific and ambitious planning ideas. Meanwhile, the road maintenance work should be highly enforced to ensure the high quality of transportation construction.

Qu said, as required by the targets set in “another three year for Chenzhou refulgence”, Chenzhou government should keep great efforts on the transportation construction, especially for the construction of Chenyong avenue and Chenzhou section of G107, the implement of strategy of traffic poverty alleviation, the improvement of management, etc..
