The party and government delegation of Chenzhou city fulfilled its investigation of four cities in China western area

It was a great shock to learn the rapid development of the four cities’ overall development of urban & rural areas, integration of urban & rural areas, city construction and industrial park construction. A wider working visual was impressed in the mind of the members of the delegation, which was greatly helpful to promote the improvement of Chenzhou city. 

From March 3 to 8, a party and government delegation led by Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Party Committee visited Chendu, Chongqing, Xianyang and Xi’an city for learning the four cities experience on overall development of urban & rural areas, integration of urban & rural areas, city construction and industrial park construction. Xiang stated that all the experience should be applied to promote Chenzhou city’s further improvement especially overall development of urban & rural areas.

By seizing chances as development of the western region, pilot area construction of the state comprehensive revolution of overall development of urban & rural areas, Chengyu economic zone, etc., Chengdu city reached great achievements in last 10 years. Meanwhile, a series working methods were summarized by Chengdu city government to handle the construction issues on overall development of urban & rural areas, which was very useful for Chenzhou city.

As another pilot city of the state comprehensive revolution of overall development of urban & rural areas, Chongqing city carried out different ways to improve its development, especially the new mode on driving overall development of urban & rural areas with rural industries. Such kind of new idea enlightened the members of delegation with new idea to improve Chenzhou city.

Concerned for Xianyang and Xian city, their breakthrough work on reform mode of property right greatly helpful for providing Chenzhou city with new method to settle the short capital fund of projects during the overall development process.

All the members of the delegation were shocked by the opening up development of these cities. Xiang said all the experiences learned from the four cities should be applied to promote Chenzhou city’s further improvement especially overall development of urban & rural areas.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city accompanied Xiang with this trip.
