Recently, an investigation team was led by Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City to visit the pearl river delta areas. Qu stated that it was significant to learn more advanced experience and ideas from pearl river delta areas to promote Chenzhou city’s further improvement.

Guangzhou City Investment Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. was the first stop of Qu’s trip. He said the city upgrading work was handled in Chenzhou city recently, more innovative investment and financing methods and city management models should be learned from the group to carry out Chenzhou city’s construction plan.

In the afternoon, Qu and his team visited some real estate groups and shared some ideas with them on the development of open economy. Qu stated that enhanced investment attraction measures should be handled out by Chenzhou government to reach win-win improvement of both Chenzhou city and the investors who placed investment there.

On April 24, 2013, Qu and his team took visits to some companies in Zhongshan city and Zhuhai city. When learned that Majesty Dispensing Systems Co., Ltd. was almost figured out the investment plan with Anren county, Qu asked Anren county to take active actions to reach the agreement sooner. After visiting China OMS, Qu required that all the departments should work together to ensure that OMS Chenzhou industrial park can be placed to production in this July. Qu investigated some companies in Zhuhai Hengqin economic development zone in the afternoon.
