Xiang Lili and Qu Hai took a special investigation on the parks and gardens construction in urban area of Chenzhou city

Currently, there were 40 parks and gardens under the construction or continuing construction in Chenzhou city. Concerning for the problems occurred on the construction process of gardens and parks, Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou city took a special investigation on the parks and gardens construction in urban area of Chenzhou city on June 5, 2013. They stated that it was a key project concerned for the well-being of Chenzhou people, so all the parks and gardens construction should be accelerated with better quality to upgrade Chenzhou people’s happiness index.

Xiang Lili, Qu Hai and some other municipal leaders visited some parks and gardens construction sites to learn more details of the construction progress. After learning that the noise caused by the dance music in Suxian Belssing Square, Xiang promised to the citizen that upgrading management would be carried out by the city management department.

Luoxian Park, Xinling Park, Chenjiang river scenic belt, etc., were the parks and gardens projects handled out in Chenzhou city. When Xiang Lili, Qu Hai and their team visited those stops, they were impressed with the more beautiful scenery there.

Xiang said, the parks and gardens construction was the biggest well-being project concerned for the ecological environment, Chenzhou city’s features and investment attraction image. Chenzhou people can enjoy a better daily life with the new parks and gardens. Compared with some big city, Chenzhou city was with less tall buildings and long historic culture, but Chenzhou city was with its unique feature that city in the mountain while mountain in the city as well, which enabled people to enjoy a unique experience. With the upgraded environment condition, more projects, funds and talents were introduced into Chenzhou city to promote its further development.

Xiang stated that enhanced leadership coordination should be carried out to upgrade the level of parks and gardens and issue more favorable policies on the construction. Project approval speed should be accelerated to make sure all the construction targets can be fulfilled on time. Better management should be upgraded to ensure the sound operation of parks and gardens.

Qu said, due to the construction of parks and gardens, Chenzhou people felt happier compared with earlier years. Better construction planning should be figured out to take further step of the project construction and upgraded management should be enhanced to carry out the sound operation of parks and gardens once they were finished. 

Furthermore, more Chenzhou cultural features should be integrated into the construction process to upgrade the cultural connotation of the parks and gardens.
