Recently, an activity named “treasure ecology, protect wide animals” was carried out passionately by some departments of Beihu District Forestry Bureau. Some tiger frogs and other wild animals were released by the staffs.

Followed with the spirit of the 18th National Congress of CPC, eight regulations and “three-refuse, three-treasure”activity issued by central government, Beihu District Forestry Bureau carried out sound propaganda and implementation work to protect the wild animals well. Till now, 16 illegal cases of selling wild animals have been settled by the bureau, saving thousands of wild animals as tiger frogs, frogs, snakes, sparrows, egrets, hog badgers, barking deer, etc. Due to the strict punishment placed on illegal behaviors, the ecological condition of Beihu district was improved greatly.
