Luoxianling Ecological Park locates in Nanling avenue. Once you arrived at the top of the mountain, you can enjoy the whole view of Chenzhou urban city, which would make you feel the power of nature. The first phase of this Luoxianling Ecological Park was invested with 8.55 million yuan. According to the plan, 610mu new landscapes, 75300 seedlings, two pavilions, 1740 meters of travel channels, 800 concrete roads, large-scaled trees, 3370 square meters small parks and some other facilities of parks would be finished and facilitated in the park. During 2011-2012, Beihu district government seized the chance of Chenzhou city’s “greening project”(second phase) to obtain more investment on the upgrading of Luoxian Ecological Park, which greatly helped to improve the park’s condition and attract more citizens to enjoy their leisure life here.

Chenzhou avenue is one of the key lines for “greening project” (second phase). The small parks set along Chenzhou avenue are the highlight parts for this greening project, which would provide new leisure places for the residents nearby.

Sanhe Park is located in the fork of Chenzhou avenue, where is near Sanhe Village Committee. It was invested with 0.976 million yuan to plant trees and grass and facilitate with relative equipments. This 3618 square meters park becomes one of the villagers’ favorite places to spend their leisure time.

Dongfeng Road Park is located in the crossing of Dongfeng road and Guoqing road, covering 600 square meters. 0.2 million yuan investment was mainly placed on the construction of vertical greening and unique modeling trees and flowers, etc., which made the park was with totally different features compared with other ordinary ones.

This hedge belt project was last for about 15 days followed with the working requirements of the construction of Chenzhou avenue. More than 78000 trees amounting to 8.65 million yuan investment were planted during these period, which enabled the hedge belt project to be fulfilled on time.
