It was learned from Chenzhou Property Administration Bureau that the tasks for the construction of affordable housing in 2016 have been specified. According to the plan, 29,819 suits of affordable housing should be finished in 2016, including 25,818 suits of reconstruction of urban shanty town (13,554 suits for monetary settlement, accounting for 52.49) and 4001 suits of public renting housing. 26,065 suits planned to be finished basically, while17, 831 suits completely finished.

On the process of the application for 2016 affordable housing projects, Chenzhou city will follow the requirements of Hunan Housing and Construction Ministry and 2015-2017 three-year action of reconstruction of shanty town and keep specified principals to check the data of projects preliminarily, and figure out the preparation work of feasibility study report, comments of environment influence report, comments of preliminary land review, permission notes for location, and etc.
