Rulian Tea Garden which is covered with 75million yuan investments in total is located in Shanshuyuan village, Quanshui town, Rucheng county. Currently, 19.80million yuan investments have been placed to it on planting 1600mu tea, 40mu rose, 20mu cherry, and finishing 100mu ecological afforestation. More than 5000m main pipes and 4000m subsidiary pipes for the water conservancy facilities of the tea garden have been installed. The processing plant and main body of the first quadrangle courtyard have been finished as well and now are being processed to decoration work.
