It was reported that Yongxing Shangyi Fine Chemicals Industrial Park signed strategic agreements with 8 companies on January 9, 2015. This 700million yuan agreement is one of the investment attraction achievements reached by Yongxiong county in the new year.

Yongxing Shangyi Fine Chemical Industrial Park is located in Yongxing New Material & New Energy Industrial Park with 2000mu planning areas. The construction stage for it is 6 years and the first stage of development is 1000mu. The main workshops of the first stage is planned to be finished in 2016. Fine chemicals, new energy electric vehicles, manufacturing, and information logistics will be mainly introduced into the park. In the signing ceremony, the park signed the contracts with 8 companies as Guangzhou Liheng Curing Agent Technology Co., Ltd., Shunde Shengqin New Material Co., Ltd., and etc. respectively. The total investments were amounted to 700million yuan. All projects were estimated to be started after the Spring Festival. It was introduced that 10 more enterprises are expected to settle down in the park after this signing ceremony.

In recent years, Yongxing county kept implementing the idea of “keeping the leading role of industry, improving overall development” , and promoted investment attraction actively by handing different measures.

In order to ensure all the investment attraction projects to be settled down well, Yongxing county carried out the follow-up service covered the whole process as project negotiation, settlement, launching, construction, checking and approval. The main leaders took charge of follow the details of the project as well to check the progress of the project, meet the merchants, and coordinate the problems. The specified working mechanism of “monthly scheduling, quarterly notification” was also handled out in the county to ensure all the favorable policies to be implemented well. In 2015, the actual use of foreign investment, paid-in domestic investment, and foreign trade were amounted to USD127 million, 3.67billion yuan, and USD312 million respectively.
