Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City visited Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park on January 13, 2014. It was purposely to check the projects construction there and encourage their further improvement on the basis of the spirit of economic conference and “two sessions” of Chenzhou city.

On the arrival of the import and export processing zone, Qu Hai asked the details of selection work concerned for some projects introduced into the zone. Qu emphasized that all the projects should be followed up strictly with specified procedures to ensure all of them to be kept going on to further step after introduction.

Qu Hai visited Jingui Silver Company which is going to be listed soon during the investigation and checked some key projects there.

“Anything difficult for you during the construction process? If so, please just feel free to tell us and we will try our best to solve it.”sincerely said by Qu Hai when he talked with the principal of this company.

“Currently, everything is fine.” answered by the principal.

Once heard this answer, Qu said to the principals of some departments and high-tech zone that projects construction was the key concern for implementing the spirit of economic conference and “two sessions” of Chenzhou city, so all the relative departments should keep follow up with the projects progress and help to provide best construction condition for them accordingly.

Qu and his team also visited some other 10 projects in the zone and asked the principals with details on the construction sites.

Qu emphasized that Chenzhou high-tech zone should focus on hitting one-hundred billion yuan target and establishing national high-tech zone in 2014; should pay more attention on the upgrading of industry, introduction of high-end enterprises, headquarters and R&D institutions; should enhance the cooperation with colleges and research institutions; and should try best to upgrade as a top grade industrial zone with the leading role among other industrial parks of Chenzhou city. All departments should keep providing support and best-level service for the industrial park.
