The 5th China (Hunan) International Mineral Gem Show (CMGS) will open on May 18 in our city. How is the exhibition? On May 10, the reporter visited the exhibition hall.
The hall of this CMGS is based on the layout of "one core, two parks and three museums". The "one core" means to take Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center as the core exhibition hall, with a total planned exhibition area of 100,000 square meters and 2600 international standard booths; the "two parks" are the International Mineral Gem Cultural Industry Park and Stone Park; the "three museums" are the World Nonferrous Metals Museum, Shizhuyuan National Mine Park Museum and China Mineral Gem Museum.
At present, the World Nonferrous Metals Museum and Shizhuyuan National Mine Park Museum has been improved once again on the basis of the previous. The Stone Park located in Shizhuyuan Park will be officially opened on May 11, with 11 exhibition areas and will respectively display the characteristics exhibits from 11 counties (cities, districts).
As the core exhibition of this CMGS, Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center attracts most exhibitors and tourists from home and abroad. The reporters learned from the Mining Fair Organizing Committee that the show will be divided into 7 exhibition areas of international mineral crystal area, national treasure boutique mineral gem exhibition area, fine jewelry jade area and the provincial tourism resources display area, mineral fossil area, domestic mineral crystal and ornamental stone area, natural science area, and comprehensive service area. "We will draw on international and domestic well-known exhibition experience, and carefully plan and set scientifically on the dimension of the exhibition, exhibition design, exhibition layout, main activities, venue arrangements etc. to make sure the integration of the display image, display content and display effect and world-class standards." A person in charge of Mine Fair Organizing Committee told reporters.
In the exhibition site, the reporter saw hundreds of workers are working in an orderly manner and many of the exhibition halls have begun to take shape. According to an official site responsible for the exhibit, this year's exhibition hall is very distinctive, especially the space museum and home show area to use high-tech to restore the scene of space looking into the earth and miners working in the mine hole. The responsible person said the current exhibition work has been completed 40% and will work hard in the next step to finish all exhibition work around May 14th.
