It was reported that the exhibition of commemorating of 70th anniversary of Anti-Japanese & Anti-Fascist War was opened in Chenzhou city on September 2,2015. Citizens can go to the Memorial Hall of Xiangnan Intifada to watch the exhibition till the end of this December.

During the period of Anti-Japanese War, Chenzhou city was the rear area. The 11 counties and districts of Chenzhou city are old revolutionary base areas. Chenzhou people contributed greatly to the success of the war. The exhibition was divided to three parts: China's Anti-Japanese War, Chenzhou People's Anti-Japaneses, and celebrities of Xiangnan Intifada. The photos, texts, videos and relics shown on the exhibition reappeared the history of Chenzhou people's Anti-Japanese.

hang Xihui-Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Minister of Chenzhou Propaganda Department stated on the opening ceremony of the patriotism education should be enhanced by holding the commemorating of the success of 70th Anti-Japanese War and all citizens' confidence and proud should be mobilized to improve Chenzhou city to be prosperous in future. All the Party's history departments and relics departments should explore more Anti-Japanese War histories of Chenzhou city to abstract the great spiritual power from them; joint work and propaganda work should be handled to create the strong atmosphere of the commemorating of the success; the resources should be integrated and the theme exhibition activities should be promoted as the key contents of the construction of core social value.
