On May 10, the relevant persons in charge of the Preparatory Committee of the 7th CMGE introduced that Chenzhou Customs launched the Customs Exhibition Management System for the first time this year in order to serve the Expo well, opening up a special channel for customs declaration of exhibits all over the world.

More than 380 exhibitors from more than 50 countries and regions all over the world signed up for the exhibition. The mineral gems brought by the exhibitors need to be declared and transported to Chenzhou through inspection and quarantine. The Customs Exhibition Management System initiated by Chenzhou Customs will be more convenient for customs declaration of exhibits at mining expo.

The staff of Chenzhou Customs Integrated Services Section introduced that the pre-expo, exhibition and post-expo administration of customs declaration can be all operated on the Internet, which facilitates the submission of relevant information by exhibitors and reduces the number of on-site processing. Luo Yongli, Customs Declaration Director of Hunan Branch of Sino-foreign Air Transport Development Co., Ltd., said: "Our company serves for the exhibits of minerals, fossils, specimens, etc. There are many kinds and different modes of transportation, including direct flights to Changsha Huanghua Airport, container cargo transferred from Xianing Port in Changsha and cargo brought by foreign chambers of commerce into Chenzhou, which require customs customs declaration procedures. Chenzhou Customs will deal with any problems quickly according to the service standard of customs declaration channel."
