7th CMGE Promotes Tourism Development

2019-05-10

With the opportunity of "CMGE" held every year, Chenzhou's cultural tourism will also become popular. At present, with the opening of the 7th CMGE, Chenzhou Cultural Tourism Department and major travel agencies are very busy.
Entering a Chenzhou-based travel agency in the urban area, staff were busy answering phone calls, docking and confirming orders for tourism products. The "Pure play for three days - Entering the Mineral Crystal Capital" tailored for the "Mining Fair" has become the most popular tourist product in recent days.

Li Zeyun, Deputy General Manager of Chenzhou Holiday Travel Agency, said, "We have received more than 600 registered tourists, and they are still registering one after another. Next week is the peak time for registration, mainly from Guangdong, Wuhan, Jiangxi and other places. They are also very looking forward to our mining expo. So our products are mainly Dongjiang Lake and Mangshan, and will arrange half a day for our visitors to visit the CMGE on each trip."
From the successful experience of the past several CMGE, in addition to the endless flow of visitors, visitors and businessmen from home and abroad are also interested in Chenzhou's cultural tourism. This year, with the help of the model of "exhibition + tourism", the Municipal Tourism Department has introduced relevant preferential measures and provide more convenience for foreign guests to visit Chenzhou, thus further promote Chenzhou's tourism resources.

Zhang Zhihong, Deputy Director of Chenzhou Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio, Television and Sports, said: "In order to further enhance the visibility and reputation of Chenzhou tourist attractions, during the CMGE, foreign guests will be exempted from the first ticket when visiting 5 scenic spots, such as Dongjiang Lake, Feitian Mountain, Mangshan Mountain, Suxianling and Wanhua Rock, on the basis of their identity cards and tickets for the CMGE."
