On December 22, the 5-day off-line activities of the 8th China (Hunan) International Mineral & Gem Expo (CMGE) were successfully concluded, and the activities of the online "Never Ending CMGE" were closed.
It was reported that in order to overcome the impact of the epidemic, Chenzhou has changed its traditional single offline exhibition mode, and this year's 8th CMGE was held in the form of "Online + Offline" two-way parallel and integrated interaction. Relying on the newly built "CMGE Cloud" service platform, the online "virtual exhibition hall" is built through "5G + 3D" panoramic view, VR and other new technologies to restore the offline exhibition hall. The multi angle and three-dimensional display includes tourmaline, rhodochrosite, fluorite, malachite, natural gold, aragonite and other high-quality exhibits with great collection value at home and abroad. The exhibition, trading and other activities will be held 365 days a year to build a "Never Ending CMGE"; offline activities such as opening ceremony, exhibition of mineral gems, forum and special promotion were held in Chenzhou City. From December 18 to 22, representatives, experts, entrepreneurs, collectors and news media reporters from the world-famous mining industry association shared the Expo in the front of the mine.
Since the "CMGE Cloud" launch in December 12th, official account has registered 329 businesses. The total number of visits has reached 6.55 million times. The App has downloaded more than 452 thousand times, and the number of public accounts has reached 183 thousand. Chenzhou Development Investment group is responsible for the construction and operation of CMGE Cloud project, which is completed in three phases. After completion, it can accommodate more than 3000 standard booths (merchants), 60 VR special booths, 60 conference ports, and more than 35000 exhibits. It can realize value-added service functions such as data collection and analysis, online conference, online science popularization, O2O identification, customer classification management, etc., and will serve as a platform for global mineral gems exhibition. It can provide strong support for the development of mineral and gem industry, and effectively expand new opportunities, new space and new paths for the development of mineral and gem industry.
