Jiahe Daogang Wine
The Daogang Wine produced by Jiahe County distillery is a unique traditional wine in Hunan, which belongs to sweet yellow wine. For this reason, Jiahe distillery has planned to develop new product Daogang Wine since 1985. In 1988, they concentrated the technical force on special subject trial research. Based on inheriting the traditional technology and adopting the modern advanced brewing technology, the technical personnel, after three years, brewed the new product "Jiahe Daogang Wine" in 1990 and carried out mass production in 1991. The production of new products needs more than 20 processes. The wine is brown in color, rich in fragrance, mellow in the mouth, about 22 degrees in alcohol, and more than 15 degrees in sugar (with glucose juice), a low degree sweet nutritional wine.
