Hunan Agricultural University Professor Gives Lecture at Chenzhou Institute of Agricultural Science
Agriculture is the basic industry of the national economy. It is a strategic plan made by Chenzhou Municipal Party committee and municipal government to build Chenzhou into a supply base of high-quality agricultural and sideline products in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.
On December 25, Chenzhou Institute of Agricultural Sciences actively responded to the spirit of the 10 billion yuan industry development forum of the city, actively integrated into the citrus industry development system under the support of scientific and technological projects, and invited Li Dazhi, a post scientist of national modern citrus industry technology system and a professor of Fruit Tree Department of Hunan Agricultural University, to guide the development of citrus research, and passed on the experience through the 7th "Agricultural Science Forum". Li Dazhi gave a lecture on the "situation and policy of citrus seed industry", and thought that Chenzhou Institute of Agricultural Sciences should make full use of the excellent citrus resources to explore and innovate the characteristic planting, innovate and develop the new technology of citrus breeding, carry out the planned breeding of varieties, and strengthen the technical improvement and promotion of virus-free seedlings.
In recent years, based on the law of agricultural industry development, Chenzhou Agricultural Science Institute has given priority to the city's key agricultural scientific research, formulated scientific and reasonable plans, put forward practical plans, carried out a large number of early agricultural scientific research, supported the city's citrus, vegetable and tea industry projects with scientific research strength, and focused on solving the technological shortcomings existing in the development of Chenzhou's agricultural industry problems to boost the high-quality development of agriculture in Chenzhou.
